On Monday, students had to complete a format with their personal information, also they had to study that information because they will introduce themselves in the other classrooms such as kindergarten and second grade. Only one student finished to complete the format with her information, she went to second graders to introduce herself, she did it very well and second grader’s students understood it. Give examples and descriptions of those situations that, in your view, are relevant to your learning experience.  First grade. On Monday we started a new topic that was personal information. I started introducing myself and students had to guess what the topic was about, in fact, they guessed that the topic was personal information. Then, I made questions to students about their favorite animal, favorite color and so on. Finally, they had to complete a format or handout with their personal information and they had as homework to prepare an oral a small presentation about themselves taking into account the information that they wrote in the handout. What makes a good teacher? In my personal opinion, I consider that a good teacher is a person who has the following characteristics: A person who has a strong relationship with students and care about them as people. A person who worries about the integral formation of their students. A person who has a deep knowledge and passion for teaching. A person who has the ability to build a caring relationship with students and parents.  A person who engages students in learning. A person who has the enthusiasm to teach. A person who has a positive expectation for students success. A person who has good and noble qualities of a human being.

Give examples and descriptions of those situations that, in your view, are relevant to your learning experience . First grade. On Monday we started a new topic that was shapes. I presented the topic throughout flashcards, they knew the majority of the words, and we did a review and also activities to clarify doubts. Then I gave them two activities in handouts which they had to complete with the vocabulary and they completed it very well. On Wednesday the class started 5 minutes later because the students were having breakfast. My practicum adviser went to observe my classes. In this week I had classes with first graders only on Monday because Wednesday was holiday. On Monday, we continued with the same topic that was colors. It was an easy topic for them, for that reason they did very good the activities, without any problem, all of them were participating actively. In regard to my innovation plan, I have noticed that students are performing very well the first task that I gave to them. In the next week, I will give the second task to them.
